- From the first day, for all levels of learning, the lessons take place in Italian. The lessons tend to focus on communication, encouraging dialogue and discussion on the most varied topics but obviously the formal aspects of the language (vocabulary and grammar) will also be treated. Textbooks are provided by the school and are included in the course price.
- The course is suitable for students of any age or level of knowledge of the Italian language. The goal of this course is to give the opportunity to students, once returned back to their home countries, to easily repeat the recipes independently delighting friends and family.
- Every week: Every day from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM 20 Italian language and culture lessons. During the week, 2 afternoon cooking workshops.
- During the workshops, which consist of a real practical demonstration, the students will prepare a typical recipe of Italian cuisine. The expert teacher will help individual students in the various stages of preparing the dish. Each student will learn how to prepare homemade rolling pin pasta in various formats: from tagliatelle to ravioli, gnocchi, cappelletti, piadina romagnola, pizza, lasagne and much more. Participants will receive the recipe made at the end of each lesson.Tiberius offers the incredible opportunity to carry out the cooking classes in a unique environment: a palace of 1500s, nestled in the hills of the countryside of Rimini. In addition, all around the palace there are paths, woods and riding schools, which give students the opportunity, between one lesson and another, to discover the Romagna hinterland even on horseback.
